Allan G. Scott, M.D. Liberal Arts Scholarship

The Allan G. Scott, M.D. Liberal Arts Endowed Scholarship was established to support undergraduate students from Maryland pursuing their academic journey within the College of Liberal Arts at Towson University.

To be considered for the Allan G. Scott, M.D. Liberal Arts Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • be a graduate of a Maryland public high school
  • be enrolled full-time as an undergraduate student
  • be pursuing a degree within the College of Liberal Arts
  • maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
  • demonstrate financial need as defined by the Financial Aid Office

Students may for the Allan G. Scott, M.D. Liberal Arts Scholarship by submitting the following materials through Blackbaud Award Management (BAUD) no later than October 15, 2025:

  • unofficial transcript
  • annotated resume listing competencies, leadership roles and community engagement experiences while studying in CLA.
    Resumes written with the assistance of any AI support — including Grammarly, ChatGPT and the like — will not be considered.
